Although deemed a primitive way of treatment, the technique of cauterization used by the fire guild has proven many a times to have a very satisfactory mending effect when it comes to quickly patching a gashing wound. As time passed and more experience was gathered within the guild's archives, a more effective form of this technique was coined which would cause the cauterizing flames to burst towards the assailants.
